Marco Girardin is a composer, flautist and since 2017 also musical director for the integrative art company "Samadhyana Company".

As a flautist he performed through solo, chamber music and orchestras including the Essen Philharmonic, the Orchestra Lorenzo da Ponte and the Filarmonia Veneta in well-known theater and concert halls such as La Fenice theater in Venice, Teatro Sociale in Mantova, the Rudolf-Oetker-Halle in Bielefeld, the Aalto Theater in Essen, the Konzerthaus Dortmund and the Konzerthaus Berlin.

For Samadhyana he composed music for the productions Juventus, Manzil, Da.Z Zwischen, Be there, or be square, Betrachtung and Der Platz. He has also composed and played music for choreographers including Rodolpho Leoni, Marie-lena Keiser, Annalisa Palmieri, Hareket Dance / Hakan Sonakalan and the Folkwang Tanz Studio company.

Marco Girardin has studied flute with Prof. G. Mugnuolo, Prof. G. Ott and Felix Reimann. He is currently completing a Masters in Solo Performance in the class of A.C. Heinzmann. He has studied composition with Prof. S. Chinca and Prof. C. Calderoni.
