Raised in an artist family, Danilo Valpassos Cardoso started as a scholar at the Deborah Colker Movement Center. In Rio de Janeiro he experienced the wonders of a paradise, and the violence of a chaos. He founded Samadhyana Company in 2017 after concluding his graduation in Dance at the Folkwang University of Arts, in Essen, Germany.
Besides running Samadhyana, he works as Assistant Director at the Musiktheater im Revier.
